How do I make the Related Workflow tab to appear on the Field Properties Window in the Admininstrator Tool?

I saw a Remedy system with the tab Related Workflow under the field properties,
I was wondering if this is a feature of 4.5.2? How do I make it to show up on my
field properties window?

The Related Workflow tab displays all the workflow objects that are related to the field whose properties are
being displayed.
The Related Workflow tab will not appear if the any of the following is true:
1. The search database reference form does not exist.
To create the the search database by doing the following steps:
< Set Up Search Database >>
2. The search database was never synchronised in the current server.
To synchronize the search database, do the the following:
<< Tools --> Sync Search DB >>
3. The search database is currently running.
