Re: ARERR 313, 332, 333; when opening Change request
Product
Change Management 7.0.x, pre-patch 7
Solution
This was reported via defect SW00280561 and fixed with the application of ITSM 7.x Patch 7. A hot fix is
attached to KB 20016604 on BMC Support Site in the form of SW00280561_FND.def. This def file will modify the RMG:SrvTime form and
can be imported as follows:
1. Log into BMC Remedy Administrator as an AR Administrator user.
2. Open SW00280561_FND.def and select the Add All button
3. Ensure that the 'Replace Objects on the Destination Server' option is selected.
4. Select the Import button and Ok button when the Import Complete message appears.
Remind the end user/customer that this should be tested in a development environment prior to
introduction to a production environment. Production environment should be backed prior to
implementation. Also remind end user/customer that this is just one small component of Patch 7 and
we highly recommend patching opposed to hot fix.
