Getting error message when non-admin trying to access CI Viewer.

Environment
DR: Configuration Management Database; Web: Apache Tomcat;
Solution
You will find below error message in mid-tier logs. You need to enable mid-tier logs with Data Visualization module selected.

MessageText: User is currently connected from another machine

To resolve this issue you need to follow below steps.
1) Upgrade your mid-tier and user tool to latest patch
2) Replace below files from latest patch of CMDB.
Windows - cmdbapi20.jar, cmdbapi20.dll, cmdbjni20.dll. (File name will be 21 if we are using CMDB 2.1)
Unix - cmdbapi20.jar, cmdbapi20.so, cmdbjni20.so. (File name will be 21 if we are using CMDB 2.1)
3) Login to User Tool -> Open Data Visualization Module form -> Unqualified Search -> You will find entry as Module Name "CIViewer"
4) In lower panel, you will find Module Code Table and CIViewer.jar file, replace this file with CIViewer.jar of latest patch of CMDB.
After following above steps, restart your web-server and it should resolve the problem.
