Re: Clicking on the Modify Fields on the Data Sources form does not update "Fields and Join Form Create Status"
Product
BMC Serivce Level Management
Environment
BMC Serivce Level Management
Solution
This problem happens because of the reason the the join form, <Application Form Name>_SLA, exists on the
system. If you are integrating SLM with Incident Management, the name of the form is HPD:Help Desk_SLA.
To resolve the issue, please login to AR Admin Tool and delete the join form. Once the form is deleted, login to
AR User Tool and go to the Data Sources form, highlight the application and click Modify Fields
