Atrium Core Core console needs Flash player installed, but the external Flash installer is not working.
You see this message in the Internet Explorer when loading the Atrium Core Console or any other flash embeded object: "Alternate HTML content should be placed here. This content requires the Adobe Flash Player. Get Flash "

Atrium Core Console 7.5
The flash player addon must be installed via a cab file that is downloaded from Adobe's website.
There are conditions where this is not possible due to security restraints or the client system not able to reach the outside Internet for the download to occur.
The attached localflashinstaller.zip contains an html file with an embeded object that loads the cabinet file locally on any system whether connected to Internet or not. To install just copy all files to a system where you need the flash player to work and double click the clock.html file and allow the ActiveX content to load. When you see an animated clock the install was sucessful and you can use the Atrium Core Console on that system.
